Sally Lindsay would make a return to 'Coronation Street'.
The 43-year-old actress portrayed Shelley Unwin in the long-running soap for five years until her departure in 2006 but, although she's not interested in going back to the cobbles anytime soon, she's open to the idea in the distant future.
Speaking to Woman's Own magazine, she said: "I always say never say never but at the moment, no, I love 'Coronation Street' and I had a wonderful time there. I don't watch it now though, it's like looking at your old workplace."
But, despite the fact she's got nothing but fond memories of her time on the show, Sally can no longer watch the programme because it's unbelievable.
She explained: "I used to be a massive fan before but I find it very difficult to believe because I've been there!"
And, although she left a decade ago, Sally doesn't think she'll ever be able to shake off being Shelley because fans loved the pint-pulling character so much.
She said: "I get the odd person who is such a die-hard fan that you'll never be anything else. If I won an Oscar I'd still be Shelley and I'm fine with that!"
It seems 'Coronation Street' is something that will always have a place in Sally's heart as she admitted last year that she'd like to finish her career on the show.
She said at the time: "It's ('Coronation Street') still one of my favourite jobs ever. I'd love to be like Betty [played by Betty Driver] and go back in my sixties and stay there until I'm 90. What a great retirement job that would be."
