Saffron Barker felt "so lonely" when she was filming 'The Circle'.
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' star has shot a celebrity special of the reality show, which will air next year, and she admitted it was "really hard" to film because she had no one to talk to face-to-face.
She said: "It was such a weird show to film. I've never felt so lonely in my entire life.
"It's just that being able to do nothing. In this show when you're filming it you couldn't do anything.
"And I had no one to talk to all day.
"If I wasn't filming I would just be staring at a blank wall.
"I found it really hard."
The Channel 4 show sees contestants communicate over a social media platform with the choice of using their real identity or fake profile.
The celebrity edition is one-week long, if the stars are in from the start to the end, but the standard series usually lasts three weeks - and the YouTuber isn't sure she could've taken part in the programme for that long.
Speaking on the AJ vs Curtis podcast, she added: "I couldn't do it for three weeks. Genuinely, it was probably the hardest thing I've ever done.
"I found myself sleeping all the time, too.
"When I got out I didn't care about my phone. I really thought I would miss it.
"But all I missed was communication with people.
"All I wanted to do was actually see someone and talk to someone. It was really lonely.
"I've never done a TV show apart from 'Strictly', where they don't actually film you that much.
"Whereas, this show I was being filmed 24/7 and I was aware of that.
"So that was also quite hard as well."
