Rylan Clark-Neal watched 'This Morning' every day since taking a break from the show.
The 29-year-old television presenter took some time away from the show earlier this year so he could work on his mental health and has confessed he tuned into the daytime television show every single day.
He said: "I've been having a break and watching the show every day and throughout nearly every show I'll text Holly and Phillip. We have little jokes as if I was there and we were chatting during the breaks. It will feel nice to be back, especially as the show is moving. It's also been nice to actually watch it for a change. I've had such nice messages from everyone saying, 'When are you back?'
"I speak to Ruth and Eamonn the whole time and I text Holly and Phillip. I'm not forgotten. At the same time, it's great to come back and say, 'See I wasn't sacked! I'm not 'pregnant' and I'm not getting divorced.'"
Rylan will return to the show on Tuesday (03.04.18) to present alongside Emma Willis whilst Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield take time off for their Easter break.
Speaking about working with Emma, Rylan added: "We've never presented This Morning together. She's like my big sister at work. I love Emma to bits and it's really nice to work together away from Big Brother and bring our chemistry to a different show.
"Me and Emma always think the same things, we're always on the same page. We have our little tells together and can give each other a little look."
Watch Emma Willis and Rylan Clark-Neal on 'This Morning', Tuesday to Friday on ITV from 10.30am.
