Rylan Clark finds the hardest part of presenting on ITV's 'This Morning' is not being allowed to swear.
The 27-year-old star may be up for this year's Best Presenter gong at the National Television Awards (NTAs), but he has admitted he sometimes struggles to hold his tongue and has to remember not to say "f**k" on air.
He joked: "I'm on 'This Morning' three, four, five times a week ...The hardest thing about that is remembering I'm not allowed to say 'f**k' on 'This Morning'!"
Meanwhile, the 'Big Brother's Bit on the Side' host - who married his long-term partner Dan Neal in November - is "over the moon" to be going head-to-head with legendary presenting duo Ant and Dec, 'Great British Bake Off's Mel and Sue and chat show funnyman Graham Norton at the forthcoming event.
Speaking about his nomination, he told Yahoo! Celebrity: "I'm just overwhelmed. I was over the moon to make the long-list, so to find out I made the shortlist alongside Ant and Dec, Mel and Sue, and Graham Norton, that's enough for me. I'm completely f***ing over the moon."
The National Television Awards, hosted again by Dermot O'Leary, will take place at London's O2 on January 20 at 7:30pm and will broadcast live on ITV.
