Aljaz Skorjanec has hailed Rylan Clark for bringing "glitz and glamour" to 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 33-year-old dancer has taken to social media to praise Rylan, after the 34-year-old presenter announced that he was stepping down as the co-host of 'Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two'.
Aljaz - who is married to Janette Manrara, Rylan's former co-host - wrote on Instagram Story: "What a fabulous four years it has been sir!
"You brought so much glitz and glamour to the best show on telly! You were always my fave ITT presenter [wink emoji]!! Good luck and never forget your dancing shoes! (sic)"
Earlier this week, Rylan took to social media to announce he was quitting 'It Takes Two'.
The TV star - who has also co-hosted the show alongside Zoe Ball - wrote on Instagram: "After four fantastic years it's time for me to hang up my glittery jacket and say goodbye to It Takes Two.
"I've had the best time hosting the show alongside Janette and Zoe and I can't thank the amazing team enough for always putting on a great show.
"I've been welcomed into the Strictly family and will firmly hold that title dear to me.
"The time has come for me to pass on the baton to someone else and explore what else life has for me.
"Thank you Strictly, you will have my heart and dancing feet. (sic)"
Rylan split from his husband Dan Neal last year, and he previously admitted that his life was "s***" in the aftermath of their break-up.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I got ill and I lost weight, I went down to under ten stone - and I’m six feet four inches, so that’s not good.
"The honest truth is that it’s been s***.
"I didn’t deal with what happened and now I am. I felt unwell and it was a very difficult time for me."
