Ruth Langsford's husband Eamonn Holmes is like a "steam train" in the bedroom.
The 57-year-old television personality revealed that she and her spouse - who she co-presents 'This Morning' with - still have a very active sex life and he's particularly amorous on Friday nights.
During a discussion about men's dancing skills on ITV's 'Loose Women' on Monday afternoon (20.03.17) panellist Jane Moore said that you could tell a lot about what a man is like in the bedroom from their moves on the dancefloor.
Which prompted to Ruth to quip: "Well, if that is the rule my husband is a steam train. As soon as music starts he just goes like a steam train. My husband can be seen to be doing it most Fridays."
During a later discussion about daily orgasms making you more productive at work and in your life, Ruth - who has been married to the former Sky News Sunrise anchor since 2010 - encouraged ladies to experiment sexually by themselves so they could tell their partners how they need to be pleased in the bedroom.
The 57-year-old star said: "You don't have to have a man to do that for you. I am making a serious point that if you don't know what an orgasm feels like how can you expect someone else to provide it for you. You need to know what you are going for and how to get there."
Ruth and Eamonn - who have 14-year-old son Jack together - have always been honest and open about their sex life.
The couple happily discussed their sex life as they co-hosted 'This Morning' back in January.
During a chat with a woman who said she is happy in a sexless marriage, Eamonn said: "Sex is very important to me!"
Ruth then replied: "It's Friday fun night tonight, darling!"
And then Eamonn quipped that he only had sex once a month, joking with his wife: "There's only one Friday in the month."
