‘RuPaul’s Drag Race UK’ winner Danny Beard will star in ‘Hollyoaks’.
The 30-year-old drag queen will appear in two special episodes of the Channel 4 soap set in Brighton, alongside Niamh Blackshaw and Ruby O’Donnell.
Danny said: "It’s been really fun, and all the crew here are so lovely and happy.
"I can’t wait to share it with you all. It’s ridiculous, in the best 'Hollyoaks' way possible."
The 'Drag Race' superstar will offer the pair's characters, newly reunited couple Juliet and Peri, some words of wisdom after all of their belongings go missing, Danny offers to give them a lift back to Chester.
The grand finale episode will feature a brand-new song and a bespoke performance by Danny on The Love Boat.
Danny is not the first victor of the BBC Three talent competition to appear in a soap.
The Vivienne starred in ‘Emmerdale’ during their “first ever Pride” event in June 2021.
At the time, the 30-year-old entertainer said: "I am so happy that I will be part of Emmerdale's first-ever Pride.
"My role is to officially open the event on the stage! It's great for 'Emmerdale' to be doing this and I'm delighted to be part of it."
The Vivienne - who was the first ever winner of the British version of the smash hit drag competition - loved “making a little bit” of history on the long-running ITV1 soap.
Producer Kate Brooks said at the time: "We're absolutely thrilled to welcome The Vivienne to 'Emmerdale' to help our villagers celebrate this year's Pride event in style.
"The Vivienne will add a dash of her own inimitable wit and fabulousness to the show and will certainly raise a few eyebrows in the process."
