RuPaul thinks Katie Price is a "female drag queen".
The 'RuPaul's Drag Race' host feels he can connect with the 37-year-old star because she is a "kindred spirit" like him and understands what it means to be a drag queen.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I feel like we're kindred spirits - she's a female drag queen. I love all female drag queens because they understand and get it."
The 54-year-old artist has previously said Katie is not "ashamed" of being referred to as a drag queen and admits he loves women who are confident enough to go "big" with their make up, hair and clothes.
He explained: "I love a woman who is not ashamed of being a drag queen. She's very drag. Like our Pamela Anderson or even Latoya Jackson, and so many other women who aren't afraid to just go big with it."
RuPaul has been busy working with Katie and TV host Jonathan Ross to find a UK ambassador for the popular show, which has just launched on UK channel TruTV.
Talking about the 'The Johnathan Ross Show' host's suitability for the role, he added: "He's been trying to get it produced and has given it his blessing. I think Jonathan was turned on to it by his children and also because it's good old fun. He and I were born on the exact same day, I'm sure he grew up with Monty Python too. I think he and I share the exact same influences."
