The lovely jubbly set of 12, which features classic scenes and iconic one-liners from the sitcom - which starred Sir David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst as market traders Derek 'Del Boy' Trotter and his younger brother Rodney Trotter - will go on sale from February 16th to mark 40 years since the show began.
Royal Mail’s Philip Parker said: "The superb writing, comic one-liners and the warmth and idiosyncrasies of its characters made 'Only Fools And Horses' one of the most loved TV comedies of all time.
"We celebrate 40 years of the Trotters' wheeling and dealing, with new stamps revisiting some of the show's classic moments."
Some of the classic scenes to feature on the stamps include the comical moment Del Boy fell through a bar, and the disastrous moment Del and Rodney were waiting to catch an expensive chandelier, so they could do a dodgy cleaning job on it, only for Grandad (Lennard Pearce) to unscrew the wrong one, sending it smashing to the floor.
Del's classic "this time next year, we'll be millionaires" line is also the focus of one stamp, as is Uncle Albert's (Buster Merryfield) "during the war" phrase, which was the opening line to one of his many tales.
What's more, one stamp features the moment the Trotters reacted to the shock of becoming millionaires after they sold a rare pocket watch for £6.2 million at Sotheby's in the sitcom's famous 'Time on Our Hands' Christmas special in 1996, which attracted an audience of 24.3 million.
Following the auction, Del and Rodney sat in their three-wheeled van and reflected on earning £3 million each.
The stamps will also be available to buy as a full set in a special presentation pack.
The first 'Only Fools' episode, 'Big Brother', aired in September 1981, and the final episode, 'Sleepless in Peckham', was broadcast on Christmas Day 2003.
