Romeo Dunn overcame "a lot of personal barriers" on 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
The So Solid Crew rapper finished sixth on the Channel 5 reality show last year and is grateful to the programme for helping him deal with some of his issues as well as giving the '21 Seconds' hitmakers some positive publicity.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "'Celebrity Big Brother' was a great experience. I overcame a lot of personal barriers.
"I also feel it gave So Solid that limelight and changed the way people saw So Solid.
"It gave the general public a different perception of So Solid. Because we're all mature adults and stuff now. That was my whole intention for going on the show. I definitely had fun with it."
Romeo admits he would consider starring on another "crazy reality show" at some point in the future, but he would be nervous about going on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' because he is a "lightweight" when it comes to eating creepy crawlies.
He added: "Maybe in six months time I might choose to do a crazy reality show.
"But 'Strictly Come Dancing' would have to be a no, no. I'm not sure whether I would be able to fit into those tight outfits.
"It's a great show though, it's very educating.
"In regards to 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!', I'm not sure whether I would be able to handle living in the jungle, feeding on creatures.
"But I'm leaving all options open, though. I just don't think I'd be able to eat in there. I'm a lightweight when it comes to things like that.
"Coming from So Solid you would think I could eat creatures, right? But the jungle is completely different to the streets."
Romeo has teamed up with Confused.com's BRIAN the Robot to launch Quick Quote, a new service which aims to give 'boy and girl racers' a quote within 21 seconds on a smartphone. To check out the video, visit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fO3AiWUCtDI
