Rolf Harris will stand trial in April.
The 83-year-old TV presenter denies all the charges he faces - nine counts of indecent assault and four of making indecent images of children - and will go to court on April 30 to fight them, while a plea hearing at Southwark Crown Court has been set for January 14.
The dates were set at a preliminary hearing at the Old Bailey in central London today (07.10.13), which the showbiz entertainer was excused from attending.
The former 'Animal Clinic' host intends to plead not guilty to the charges of indecently assaulting a girl aged 15 to 16 six times in 1980 and 1981 and a girl of 14 three times in 1986, as well as four counts of making indecent images of a child between March and July 2012.
He appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court in central London last month, where his barrister, Sonia Woodley, QC, answered "not guilty" when asked to indicated his intended plea.
Rolf spoke in court to confirm his name and then asked, "What was the next thing?", before confirming his address as Bray, Berkshire, as well as his date of birth as March 30, 1930, during the five-minute hearing.
The Australian artist could be jailed for up to 10 years if he is found guilty of indecent assault.
