A brand new season of The Masked Singer has kicked off in the United States, and some big names have already been revealed. Last week, legendary Hollywood star Mickey Rourke decided to take off the mask on his own accord, complaining about the heat and eliminating himself from the competition. Perhaps a bigger shock came in this week's episode however, when judge Robin Thicke failed to guess the identity of a close friend who was hiding beneath the Giraffe costume.

Those who have been fans of Beverly Hills, 90210 in the past will have been excited to see Brian Austin Green taking part in the show, but despite being eliminated, the actor still had the last laugh. He said his buddy Thicke "sucks" at guessing, after he failed to even bring up his name before the unmasking.

Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Green said: "No disrespect to him, because he's a super-nice guy, but he sucks at this. He's terrible. I told the producers early on, if there's anybody on this panel that's going to guess me, it's him because we know each other so well.

"He knows the way that I speak, and the timbre of my voice. For three years, we were best friends - we were at each other's house every day. When Robin and I had a group when we were kids, we were both on Growing Pains performing as our group."

Despite Thicke noticing there was some familiarity in the Giraffe's performance, he still failed to correctly pick up on just who was hiding behind the mask.

"He just went way off course," Green continued. "Like, all of a sudden he thinks it's Travis Barker because of how he walks, and it's like how I walk? Come on, man, you were on the right path. What do you mean how I walk?

"I'm in a costume, I could walk any f**king way I choose to, you have no idea! I'm not limited by anything. Walking. That's ridiculous. (laughs) So yeah, I thought for sure Robin would figure it out, and he couldn't have been more wrong, but I still love him."

The fourth season of the show has also ushered in a first for the series, in that a celebrity duo are taking part under the guise of a pair of owls.
