Richard Madeley would make a TV comeback to interview Prince Harry and William.

The former 'This Morning' presenter - who hosted the show for 13 years with his wife Judy Finnigan before taking on their own Channel 4 talk show 'Richard and Judy' until August 2008 - insists the pair would return to the small screen for a chance to interview the royal brothers.

When asked who he'd most like to interview, Richard said: "One of the Princes. Either Harry or William. With Judy. We don't plan to work together on TV again, but we would come back together just for that."

However, the 58-year-old admitted he may have an ulterior motive when it comes to interviewing Prince Harry as he is keen for daughter Chloe to get to know the 29-year-old royal.

He explained to heat magazine: "I'd love to set her up with Prince Harry. He's a bit lonely at the moment and she would really cheer him up.

"I think he'd find her a right little firecracker and they'd look good together. They're made for each other.

"She can give him a glass of wine in the green room. That's it. That's the plan."
