Remi Lambert thinks he needs to "humble" himself after his time in the 'Love Island' villa.
The 22-year-old model was dumped from the show on Sunday night (19.06.22), and Remi admits that the experience has taught him an important lesson.
He said: "I've learnt that I need to humble myself. Not everyone is going to like me. But now I've got to take it easy, I'm going to chill for a bit and then go back on the dating scene - no rush!"
Despite this, Remi insisted he doesn't regret how he approached his time on the show.
He explained: "I don't think I'd do anything differently. I stayed true to myself and that's all that matters."
And in spite of his disappointment, Remi would still recommend appearing on the show to some of his friends.
He shared: "I would definitely recommend 'Love Island' to a friend. You get to meet people, showcase your game and do challenges which are so fun."
Remi left the show after being dumped by Danica Taylor, who chose to couple up with Luca Bish instead.
And while the model was left feeling "disappointed" about his early exit, he also felt it was his "time to leave".
Asked how he felt about leaving the villa, Remi explained: "I'm a bit disappointed - I wish I could stay longer to get to know Indiyah and Danica mostly.
"At the same time, I feel like it was my time to leave. I was getting mixed signals and I wasn't getting a clear answer from the girls."
'Love Island' airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
The dating reality show can be seen in Ireland on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
