'Love Island's Remi Lambert has been dumped by Danica Taylor.
The new bombshell and the other Islanders gathered around the fire pit for the recoupling, and Danica got to choose the boy she wanted to couple up with first.
Danica, 21, surprised the other Islanders by opting for Luca Bish, who subsequently kissed love interest Gemma Owen before he joined Danica.
Gemma, 19 - who is the daughter of ex-England soccer star Michael Owen - then picked former partner Davide Sanclimenti, while Ekin-Su Culculoglu opted to couple up with Jay Younger.
At the end of the recoupling, Remi was left single and he was dumped from the 'Love Island' villa.
After his fate was sealed, Remi said: "Love Island 2022! My sight is set on finding love ... I've had a great time."
Later in the episode, Danica went on a date with Luca, with the newly-formed couple enjoying drinks together in a romantic setting.
During their date, Danica said: "Honestly, this is probably the second genuine date I think I’ve been on."
And in response, Luca said: "Wow, pleasure. I am sure a lot of boys would want to kiss you."
The brunette beauty then replied: "Kisses on first dates?"
Meanwhile, Danica admitted before entering the villa that she was prepared to "step on a few toes" during her time on the show.
She said: "I am definitely going to go in there and step on a few toes, and I am more than happy to go after what I want.
"I don’t really see competition, I am a very self assured girl, I know myself, I know what I bring to the table and there are stunning girls in that villa but I back myself.
'Love Island' airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox.
