The 'Countdown' star took to Instagram to reveal she is expecting another baby with her husband Pasha Kovalev, with whom she has 16-month-old daughter Maven.
Sharing a photo of herself on the Channel 4 show's set with the conundrum "FITTRILEY" - an anagram of fertility - on the board, she wrote: "A special teatime teaser!
"And your clue is... Riley had this to thank for the reason her clothes no longer for her... And it'll only get worse till Autumn!
"Happy, happy days for our little family @pashakovalev and future big sister Mave (sic)".
Rachel married Pasha in a secret ceremony in Las Vegas in 2019, and she is open to the idea of renewing her vows one day after only having a couple of people at their wedding.
The 35-year-old star - who met her husband on 'Strictly Come Dancing' in 2013 - recently said: "We only had two friends at our wedding. We were in Vegas and we just got married, so maybe one day we'll actually let people come, but I don't know.
"Never say never. We've only been married a year."
Rachel recently admitted she felt "guilty" to be enjoying lockdown with her family, while most of her friends haven't had the support she's enjoyed since giving birth.
She explained: "I feel guilty all my friends, or most of them, had a period where they were left alone with the baby.
"From morning till night they're having to do all the work, and I've got Pasha and his mum here all the time and the baby's really benefiting from it in a lot of ways."
