Prince Charles is a huge fan of BBC's 'Poldark'.
The Prince of Wales has revealed he loves the hit television show, which stars Aidan Turner in the lead role.
After finding some novels written by Winston Graham - the author of 'Poldark' - in a shop in Cornwall, he told Ann and David Willmore, the owners of Bookends: "What I can't get over watching that 'Poldark' stuff on the television, is just how many he wrote."
The author wrote 12 books and the show has become a great success, with Turner becoming an iconic TV hunk after he was shown on screen shirtless.
Mrs Willmore thought it was a huge honour that Charles had visited her shop on his annual trip around the West Country, and hopes that the BBC show will bring more life to the county.
She said: "'Poldark' books have always been up there in terms of popular Cornish books, and since the television series there's been an up-surge in interest right across Cornwall."
The pair later travelled to the village of Wheal Kitty, where they toured Finisterre, and visited a company which produces outdoor clothing based on sustainability.
Clarence House tweeted, alongside pictures of the products: "HRH hears how @FinisterreUK clothing, which was initially funded through a loan from @PrincesTrust 15 years ago, produces sustainable functional products for those who love the sea."
