Millie Mackintosh took herself to hospital after suffering really "bad pelvic pain".
The heiress is pregnant with her second child with husband Hugo Taylor - with whom she already has daughter Sienna, 17 months - and wanted to make sure the unborn tot was well after 24 hours of "uncomfortable pressure" around the pubic bone area.
On Sunday (10.10.21), Millie told fans in the car to the hospital: "Morning. I'm just actually on my way to hospital and I am sure everything is fine but I've just had such bad pelvic pain flaring up for the last kind of two days.
"It has just been really bad in the last 24 hours and it's just like a really uncomfortable pressure that's kind of right low down at my pubic bone.
"It's just been worrying me so I'm on my way to see my obstetrician. I'm sure it's fine. It's too early for the baby to be coming out.
"She's not coming but I just need to like settle my mind so I'm just gonna go and see if everything is okay."
Soon after, Millie updated her followers to reassure them all is well, and explained that the pain was being caused by her baby's head being down and pushing on the pubic bone.
She said: "Okay so panic over! The baby is not coming any time soon, she's absolutely fine. Just monitoring the heart rate and her head is down which I thought it was anyway and it's pushing on my pubic bone, which is causing this pain.
"But she's not engaged so she's not about to arrive any time soon. It's just a big relief it feels weird being back in hospital though like major deja vu.
"My advice would be to always go and see the midwives / or your obstetrician if you are worried about anything at any point in your pregnancy!
"They really put my mind at rest, seeing an osteopath tomorrow so that should help with the pelvic pain."
Millie has found her second pregnancy "easier", apart from the pelvic pain.
She said: "In some ways it’s easier as I know what to expect and my symptoms have been similar to when I was pregnant with Sienna. I feel more like myself this time, although with Sienna now running around, I have to be more mobile, which isn’t always the best for my pelvic pain!"
Meanwhile, Millie hasn't ruled out having her own 'Made in Chelsea' spin-off about motherhood.
The original star of the E4 reality show - who tied the knot with fellow ex-cast member Hugo, 35, in 2018 - insisted "anything is possible" when asked if she would consider welcoming cameras into their home to film a series about the couple's family life.
She told The Mirror: "If life has taught me anything over the past few years, it's that anything is possible.
"I'm a firm believer in 'never say never.'"
