Piers Morgan Live
Piers Morgan has been on CNN for just three years now after Larry King left in 2010, but after he's failed to deliver in the ratings, his show Piers Morgan Live has been axed.
No word yet on whether or not he'll now plan to return to the UK, but Tweeters have voiced their opinions on social media, and haven't been very welcoming in their responses.
Talking about the reasons behind the axe, Piers said: "Look, I am a British guy debating American cultural issues, including guns, which has been very polarising, and there is no doubt that there are many in the audience who are tired of me banging on about it".
He does claim however that he is discussing with CNN president Jeffrey Zucker of coming back elsewhere on the channel.
