Phillip Schofield celebrated his birthday with a star-studded video call.
The 'This Morning' presenter turned 58 on Wednesday (01.04.20), but noted his special day felt "weird" because the country is on lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic, which prevented him from coming into contact with others.
Speaking on the brunch-time show, Holly said: "First on the agenda ... happy birthday, Phil.
"Obviously the shops are shut so we're limited with what we can get you, but I do think you have the best birthday cake ever.
"You can't have candles on it because you can't blow them out."
The 39-year-old presenter gifted her longtime pal a Colin the Caterpillar cake, and revealed she had surprised him with a star-studded video call, which featured Dec Donnelly, Leigh Francis, Emma Bunton, Christine Bleakley, Davina McCall and her husband Dan Baldwin.
A grateful Phil replied: "Thanks very much. It's a weird birthday, I'm lacking in hugs.
"I had a Zoom party with my mates and that was really lovely, so thank you."
Earlier in the day, Holly took to Instagram to post a sweet picture of them both in stitches as she paid tribute to her co-host on his birthday.
She wrote: "Happy Birthday to this gorgeous man... @schofe love you to bits... (sic)"
The celebrations come after the presenters reassured viewers they are still on air because the government has classed them as an "essential service" during the coronavirus pandemic.
Some had questioned why the pair were still going to work when much of the UK is effectively on lockdown, but they clarified why and vowed to answer people's concerns and "offer useful advice" during these tough times.
Phil recently said: "The government has classed us as an essential service for the time being, to bring you the latest news on the virus, to answer your concerns with our doctors, to offer useful advice, and to hopefully lighten the load as only 'This Morning' knows how."
