Pete Wicks is joining Gemma Collins on ‘The Full Monty’.
The former ‘Only Way is Essex’ stars will strip off on the latest season of the ITV star-studded cancer charity appeal show alongside other famous faces like broadcaster Julia Bradbury, 53, drag queen Ella Vaday, 34, former 'Coronation Street' actress Victoria Ekanoyealso, 41, and ‘Dancing on Ice’ professional Vanessa Bauer, 27.
The 34-year-old reality hunk is reportedly “nervous” about baring all on the show but is keen to get involved for “a good cause”.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper’s Hot TV column: “Pete is nervous about doing the show but he is taking the plunge because it’s for such a good cause.”
The show - which is fronted by 'Loose Women' legend Coleen Nolan, 58, and 'Diversity' star Ashley Banjo, 34, - hopes to spread “the crucial importance” of getting screened for tumours.
A description reads: “As well as following the celebs as they overcome their fears and insecurities about performing and baring all, the show will reveal the deeply personal and significant reasons why each person has decided to take part in raising awareness of cancers in intimate areas of the body and the crucial importance of early self-checks to help save lives.”
Gemma, 42, recently she had “no real interest” in getting hitched to her finance Rami Hawash, 48, so she was calling off her wedding.
She told her Instagram followers in July: "I am going to be really honest, I have no real interest…that is what I want to do.
"I am going to do a J-Lo. She got married at 50. I’ll do a J-Lo and I’ll get married at 50."
"There is no rush, and I am living life. There is still so much I want to do.
"Me and Rami are both free spirits; he has been married before and funnily enough we were looking at pictures of us and we have known each other for so long.”
