'Strictly Come Dancing' star Patrick Robinson has been called a 'diva'.
The 49-year-old actor - who is known for playing Martin 'Ash' Ashford in hospital drama 'Casualty' - reportedly acts "like a Hollywood A-lister" behind the scenes of the dance contest and refuses to mingle with the other celebrity contestants and their professional partners, while insiders claim he has a terrible temper that has seen him reduce dance partner Anya Garnis to tears on more than one occasion.
Patrick is said to be counting the days until he is voted off the competition - and his rivals won't be too upset when he goes.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "He is giving off vibes he's had enough and, to be frank, there won't be many tears when he goes."
The actor and Anya landed in the bottom two last week and his rivals are said to have wished the judges had saved fellow dance off couple Deborah Meaden and Robin Windsor.
The source added: "Everyone else on the show wishes they had sent Patrick packing."
Last week, Patrick injured his hand after falling off rollerblades while working on his salsa routine but only told show bosses when he turned up for rehearsals and "kicked up a fuss".
Doctors diagnosed a sprain and declared him fit to perform, but the actor told 'Strictly' producers he didn't want to risk "permanent damage'' by dancing and went on to warn fans his time on the show could be over.
He tweeted: "Owwwww! My hand is not good... Might be out of competition!"
A BBC spokesperson insisted the star is enjoying the show.
They said: "Patrick worked hard last week to change his routine after his injury. He loves dancing and wants to stay in as long as he can."
