The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' star has slammed online bullies who have sent his wife anti-Semitic abuse, which "stresses" the 'Countdown' star, and he's concerned trolling could affect the development of their second child.

He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I definitely can see how it stresses her. The smallest stress affects how the baby’s development is going.”

Pasha is determined to stop online abuse and wants to find a way to hold trolls accountable to their actions.

He said: “If you come up to someone on the street and tell them something like that, you’re probably going to get some sort of repercussion. You’d be held accountable for your actions.

“Online there’s a limited amount of repercussion, and it opens a floodgate. It should be stopped.”

It comes after Rachel previously revealed that vicious trolling she received after her criticism of the Labour party - including her backing of a BBC Panorama documentary which questioned whether the political party is anti-Semitic - left her so upset that her daughter stopped wriggling around when she was pregnant with her.

She recalled: "Their followers took it personally and attacked anyone going anywhere near.

"I was very stressed and upset and my baby stopped wriggling for a couple of days. At that point you think, 'Nah'. "I realised that however mentally strong I am, there's adrenaline, there's hormones that go through your body and now I'm sharing them, I absolutely don't need to give that to my baby."

What's more, Rachel, 35, has also vowed to take a stand against trolls as she wants to be a "role model" for others.

She previously said: "They were so abusive. I’ve developed a thick skin but now I never see a lot of things, even nice stuff, which is a shame because I used to use Twitter to help children with maths homework."
