Olivia Colman is hoping to play a bitch in the future.
The 'Broadchurch' actress - who celebrated after the ITV series scooped Best TV Drama at the South Bank Sky Arts Awards on Monday (27.01.14) - admits she has an "inner bitch" and would love to continue playing strong female roles in the future as she's enjoyed her current role as Detective Sergeant Ellie Miller.
She told BANG Showbiz: "Absolutely, I would love to [play a bitch]. I don't think I would pull off a sexy vamp ... that would be a bit embarrassing, but everyone has an inner bitch, don't they?"
Olivia claims she has been overwhelmed by the success of 'Broadchurch' - which beat stiff competition from BBC Two dramas 'The Fall' and 'Top of the Lake' to win the TV Drama prize - and is humbled by the show's win.
She said: "Being in a room with these people, who I consider so magical compared to us - no offence to actors - but Darcey Bussell was here and there was clip of what she can do with her legs.
"It's humbling ... musicians and artists, it's exciting that we're all there and that we've had an impact on people's lives and they enjoyed what we did."
Other big winners on the night included the Arctic Monkeys, who won in the Pop Music category for their album 'AM', while the comedy prize went to Bridget Christie for her show 'A Bic for Her'.
