Olivia Buckland has an underactive thyroid.
The former 'Love Island' contestant has to take tablets every single morning for the condition, which means the thyroid gland doesn't produce enough hormones, but has admitted recently she's been battling with tiredness, which is a common symptom, and is trying to find ways to help bring up her energy levels so she can continue with work.
Writing in her column for new! magazine, she said: "I've been asking for tips on Twitter on how to cope with my underactive thyroid gland doesn't produce enough hormones and it an make me really tired.
"Sometimes I can't get out of bed in the morning. I've had it since I was 10 but not really spoken about it. I take a tablet every morning to control it and go for blood tests every year. My mum, nan and auntie all have the same condition, so it's in the family."
And it looks like the 23-year-old beauty will need all the rest she can get as her career has rocketed since she finished second on the romantic show last year.
She explained: "I was so nervous going on 'This Morning' to talk to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield about 'Love Island' but they were so sweet. I didn't need to worry. Holly looks incredible at the moment. She was glowing. I was on the sofa with Chloe Crowhurst from this year's 'Love Island'.
"I thought it would be awkward because her ex Jon Clark is my friend, but she was actually really nice - I felt a bit bad. I think they'll get back together because there's clearly unfinished business there. Work wise, I've also been busy designing. I've just launched a new range of graphic and slogan T-shirts with MissPap."
