Olivia Attwood received "really kind messages" from Chris Moyles and Charlene White after leaving 'I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!'
The former ‘Love Island’ star - who was forced to leave the Australian-based camp within two days on last year's series of the ITV reality show over health concerns - was delighted to get support from her former campmates, including like the 49-year-old Radio X DJ and the 42-year-old ITV News anchor.
The 31-year-old star told new! magazine: “A couple of them reached out afterwards and sent lovely messages, but I’m not in a situation where I speak to any of them regularly because I only spent a few days with them, and then they were there for two or three weeks without me.
"When you’re in the show, that feels like a lifetime. I was surprised to received really kind messages from Chris [Moyles] and Charlene [White], and I appreciated it because I thought, ‘I must be far back in your memory by this point.’”
Olivia admitted that she “would like” to return to the programme - which was won by Lioness icon Jill Scott - but her diary is “insane” and jam-packed for the next 12 months.
She said: “I would like to come back at some point. And I want to go back for the viewers because I feel like the support I had around that just completely overwhelmed me.
"My schedule right now is just insane and takes me up to almost this time next year. So it’s something [I’d do] if the stars align…. I need to be really careful what I say.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Getting Filthy Rich’ presenter - who is currently putting the final touches on her upcoming wedding to her footballer fiance Bradley Dack, 29 - admitted she would be keen to return to 'Love Island' as a host but doesn’t feel like Maya Jama’s role is going to be “vacant any time soon”.
She added: “I mean, who wouldn’t want to present that show? It’s such a big part of my life, and I’m so proud to have been a part of it. Having said that, Maya Jama is fantastic and is such a good fit for it, so I don’t see that slot becoming vacant any time soon.”
