The 28-year-old reality TV star and her husband Alex Bowen, 30 - who met on ITV2 dating show 'Love Island' in 2016 - are expecting their first child together, but the pair have decided not to find out if they are going to have a boy or a girl because the moment is one of the few "genuine surprises" in life.
Olivia said: "We're keeping the sex a secret. It's a nice surprise.
"We just feel that there aren't many genuine surprises in life so to leave that right to the last minute will be really exciting."
The couple are so grateful to be expecting, particularly as they were only trying for a couple of months before finding out they were pregnant.
She added to new! magazine: "We were actually only trying for a couple of months, so we are so grateful, so lucky to be able to conceive that quickly.
"I'm still internally screaming about having a baby. It will be such a change in our lives."
Last month, Olivia admitted dealing with her anxiety during her pregnancy had been difficult.
She said: "My anxiety comes and goes. I think it’s hard because you do get the hormones, and you’re trying to work out what’s real and what’s not.
"It’s just about keeping it under control. Make sure that you’re [speaking about it], and I always do lots of lists and notes, and things like that to help me sort of fight that anxiety. But yeah, you do have really heightened emotions. You just have to ride the wave."
