The former 'Made in Chelsea' star's wife took to Instagram to share a joint message from the couple revealing the "safe and healthy arrival" of their daughter, Bonnie Lou Proudlock.
Emma wrote: "She’s here
With so much love and pride, we are thrilled to share the safe healthy arrival of our beautiful baby girl. She has already filled us with so much love and happiness. Our Bonnie Lou Proudlock, 14/05/22. (sic)"
The couple were inundated with messages of congratulations from their famous friends, including 'This Morning' presenter Rochelle Humes.
She wrote: "Congratulations beautiful. enjoy this beautiful baby bubble (sic)"
TV presenter Angela Scanlon commented: "Agghhhhhhhh I was just thinking about you today. Congrats. What a beautiful name. Can’t wait to meet her xxx (sic)"

In January 2021, the couple confirmed they had got married in December 2020 at St Alban's Church in Fulham, in a small ceremony which was formed of just 15 guests, amid rules against large gatherings due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The pair made their relationship status public on Instagram, where they shared a series of pictures from their special day.
Oliver wrote alongside the snaps: “Love wins! 15/12/20 (sic)”, and Emma-Louise added the same caption to her Instagram post.
She also posted a video of the couple sharing a sweet kiss, and wrote: “Beautiful husband”.
Emma, 30, shared more moments from their wedding day, posting: "I wish I had the words to describe this day, but I just don't think they exist. Love you an indescribable amount HUSBAND. Xx 15/12/20 (sic)”
