Ola Jordan would love to be a judge on 'Strictly Come Dancing' but she thinks it would be "really hard".
The 36-year-old star won the BBC's Latin and ballroom competition a decade ago as a pro with broadcaster Chris Hollins and while she's backing new judge Motsi Mabuse to be a success on the panel, Ola thinks she will be under a lot of pressure.
She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Anyone coming into that panel, there are so many huge fans of the show now, there are always people are going to be critical of you.
"She's going to get even better because she'll get more confident over time. It must be really hard sitting on that panel - I judges a show in Poland, and it's very hard.
"You know there's loads of people watching you but I'm sure she'll be fine... Who wouldn't want to be a judge on 'Strictly'!
Meanwhile, the dancer - who left the show in 2015 after nine years - has admitted she wouldn't feel comfortable following in her husband James Jordan's footsteps by taking part in 'Dancing On Ice'.
She explained: "No I wouldn't, I did 'The Jump' and I snapped my leg in 2015, but I just think 'Dancing On Ice' to me is a dangerous show. "When James was doing rehearsals last year I went on the ice and I thought 'This is not for me.' I would be too scared because it's quite dangerous.
"I've never skated in my life and although people think 'You're a dancer you might be good', it's on ice and it would be very hard for me. I don't know if I would put myself through it again to be honest in case I hurt myself."
Ola has paired up with Abbey Clancy for a dance event as party of Sainsbury's 150 Days of Community Scheme as part of the British supermarket's 150th birthday celebrations, and the special day saw them throw a party for older residents at Marske-by-the-Sea.
Opening up about her fitness regime, the star added: "I've got to say I'm not as strict as I used to be. When I was on 'Strictly' I was very strict because you want to fit in the best costumes, you want to look the best. You're in a line-up with other girls who are skinny and everything.
"I was quite curvy and I had to watch what I ate, my diet, I had to exercise. The dancing wasn't enough for me, I had to do extra things to help because you want to look your best.
"In front of million of people, you do get that goal to lose a bit of weight, you do. It's normal for me and I did that all my life, but you want to enjoy life a bit as well."
