Currently in the midst of a major crossover event in the Arrowverse, which brings together the characters from The CW series' Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow and DC's Legends of Tomorrow, the producer for Supergirl has reportedly said how there is now 'no limit' for what can be done within the DC Universe.

Producer Andrew Kreisberg said at a recent press junket: "We hadn't discussed [Power Girl making an appearance] formally, but I think that certainly after these three episodes, there's literally no limit to the things that we could do.
"There's still an endless treasure trove of DC Comics characters, and stories, and titles that we haven't even come close to touching yet. We're certainly not wanting for ideas for the future. We know that they're out there for us."
Whilst this answer didn't directly answer the question of whether Power Girl WOULD eventually be making an appearance on a CW show, it certainly hints at some exciting developments in the future.
