Nina Wadia is the 11th contestant confirmed for this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The 52-year-old actress - who played Zainab Masood in BBC One soap 'EastEnders' for six years before departing the programme in 2013 - is "looking forward" to strutting her stuff on the BBC Latin and ballroom show, but she envisages it could be "a bit of a struggle" for her.
She said: "I've always been a little bit of a tomboy so this is going to be a bit of a struggle for me.
"Everyone keeps talking about a lot of sequins, and a lot of tanning, which also makes me laugh because I'm Indian.
"But it should be fun. I'm looking forward to it."
The 'Still Open All Hours' actress recently honed her moves at a wedding, where she danced for seven hours.
She said: "I went to a wedding recently and danced from 7pm to 2am to see if I could do it.
"I didn't look good at the end of it, I can assure you.
"But that was a great start.
"I love to dance. It's something I've always enjoyed doing. It doesn't make me a dancer, I just love to dance."
Nina has already picked her winner for the upcoming series - but it's not her.
Speaking on 'Lorraine', she added: "I love Rob Webb. I think he's amazing and I'd want to vote for him."
The 'Goodness Gracious Me' star also joked she might stand a chance of landing the Glitterball Trophy if the judges are blindfolded in the coming series.
She said: "I've always danced like nobody's watching, so if we blindfold the judges I could actually win 'Strictly' 2021."
This comes after Greg Wise, Tilly Ramsay, Katie McGlynn, Dan Walker, Sara Davies, Tom Fletcher, Robert Webb, AJ Odudu, Rhys Stephenson, and John Whaite - who will be one half of the show's first-ever all-male partnership - were all recently confirmed for this year's 'Strictly'.
