Nicole Scherzinger took Matt Terry out for dinner on Wednesday (14.12.16).
The 38-year-old singer decided to treat the 'X Factor' winner - who she lead to success last weekend with her expertise - to a lavish meal in celebration of his triumph, just before she jetted back to Los Angeles following almost a year working in the UK.
The 23-year-old hunk took over the brunette beauty's Instagram account as he filmed all the dishes they'd ordered and said: "I think we're hungry, what do you think boss?"
As they tucked into their greasy grub, Nicole couldn't help but squeal as she remembered that Matt had been crowned the winner of the show just three days ago.
She said: "Who's the winner," before Matt replied: "We are! Victory."
And in a last minute attempt to plug his new debut single 'When Christmas Comes Around', which was penned by Ed Sheeran for the 'X Factor' winner, the pair wished their fans a happy Christmas by singing the titular line from the catchy track.
They said in unison as the camera beamed down on their faces: "Hey guys, we hope you have a really good day when Christmas comes around."
Although the former Pussycat Dolls singer is now returning to America until the new series of the singing competition returns to screens next year, Matt is convinced they'll stay in contact with each other because they've developed such a close bond.
He told BANG Showbiz: "Nicole and my vocal coach Ian are just my inspiration. They have taught me everything I need to know. They really have formed me into the artist that I am so I will be forever grateful and I love them. I'll 100 per cent stay in contact with Nicole, I've already been texting her. She's just amazing, she calls herself my big sis. I'm so happy I made her proud. She's worked extremely hard on me."
