New 10-part psychological thriller Gypsy is right around the corner for Netflix customers, with the streaming platform bringing yet another original series to those who pay for the service.

Naomi Watts leads the show as Jean Halloway; a Manhattan therapist with a life that looks perfect on the outside, but one that will see her fall deep into illicit relationships with people in her patients’ lives. Blurring the borders between professional and personal, she sinks into a world where desire and reality go hand-in-hand – and sometimes up against one another.

Watts stars alongside a talented cast, including Billy Crudup as Jean’s husband Michael Halloway, Sophie Cookson as Sydney, Lucy Boynton as Jean’s patient Allison and Karl Glusman as Jean’s patient Sam.
Hollywood newcomer Lisa Rubin wrote the series, with Sam Taylor Johnson sitting in the director’s chair as well as Victoria Mahoney and Coky Giedroyc. Universal Television produce for Netflix, with Lisa Rubin, Naomi Watts, Sean Jablonski and Liza Chasin all serving as executive producers.
All episodes of Gypsy premiere exclusively to Netflix on June 30.
