Neve Campbell is joining the new season of House of Cards, after being given a regular series roles according to Deadline.
With exact details surrounding her character being kept underwraps, it could be possible that she makes up one half of the rumoured young couple arriving in season four to rival Frank (Kevin Spacey) and Claire Underwood (Robin Wright).
The third and most recent season of House of Cards ended with a major cliffhanger involving the career ambitions of American president Frank.
Based on Michael Dobb's novel of the same name, the book was first adapted in 1990 for British television.
Production on the fourth season starts this summer, with a debut date set for some time in 2016.
Meanwhile, Neve had recently spoken about the likelihood of a fifth Scream movie, saying she didn't think the fourth did well enough to warrant one.
She also said that the new Scream television series wouldn't be featuring her, but she'd be up for making an appearance if the show's a good one.
