'Catfish: The TV Show' star Nev Schulman has told fans to expect more explosive reactions from him in the show's second series.
The actor says he and his filmmaker co-star Max Joseph aren't quite as composed on the reality show - which follows people who meet on the internet, develop a relationship without previously meeting and find out their lover has been lying about their identity - when it comes to dealing with dishonest people on the programme.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "We were shooting this season much faster than the last series. We were on the road for months without going home.
"We were sleeping less and travelling more so we were not quite as cool and calm as we may have been last season."
Nev insists the show is "very true to life" and the pair were badly affected while shooting an episode in April at the same time two bombs went off near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, killing three people and injuring hundreds of others.
He added: "We shot one episode while the Boston Marathon bombings happened and we were really affected by it.
"The show is very true to life and things like that really affected us."
Tune into the new series of 'Catfish: The TV Show' on Monday (02.09.13) at 9pm on MTV.
