Natalie Cassidy "finally" feels comfortable with her body after losing three stone in weight.
The 35-year-old actress - who is best-known for playing Sonia Fowler in 'EastEnders' - has been training hard ahead of running the London Marathon, and Natalie has admitted she's feeling better about her new, slimmer figure.
Speaking to RunPod, she explained: "I have learnt how to eat and how to be comfortable with who I am ... You get wiser as you get older and I just feel much more confident and comfortable."
Natalie is running the marathon alongside some of her on-screen co-stars, including Jake Wood, Adam Woodyatt, Emma Barton, Kelly Shirley, Tanya Franks, Jamie Borthwick, and Jane Slaughter.
And the actress explained that the group are helping each other to prepare for the marathon.
She said: "We've suddenly become this little team of people and we're so close - we've got WhatsApp groups and we go out together and we post our runs and it gives you motivation."
Natalie has previously admitted to struggling with her weight, saying in 2009 that she was "bordering on having an eating disorder".
She confessed: "I really wasn't well.
"I was bordering on having an eating disorder.
"There were nights I would go out for dinner and then I'd go home and take laxatives because I didn't want the food inside me."
