The Rak-Su singer - who competed on last year's installment of the ITV reality show in Australia - admitted he would love to return to camp as a contestant because it was such a great experience in the jungle.

Myles has also offered some top tips to the stars who will be testing themselves on the programme in 2020, which will see them camp out at a castle in Wales rather than jet Down Under due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking in a Q&A on his official YouTube channel, he said: "So the advice I would give to the new contestants going into the castle is take it step by step. It will be a very very weird experience.

"You're going to miss everybody. There's going to be a whole heap of emotions building up inside of you, but just think, soon it will be over. It's only 21 days. If you get to the final, it'll be 21, 22 days ... It's not that long at all.

"Think about your whole life, 21 days is nothing. Take it step by step, remember that it's not that long and embrace the moment.

"Because the moment you leave that jungle, although you hate it at the time, you're gonna sit there in a month's time or a year's time and be like, 'Damn, I wish I could go back to that moment.' "

Myles also admitted he's still "terrified" of spiders and creepy crawlies, and his jungle experience only made him more scared.

The former 'X Factor' star added: "In a nutshell, I am terrified of them still. I don't know if there's any up here at the moment; I took them all out, I'm not going to lie to you. I took the spiders out. I am still scared of the spiders, I don't like them. Even though they're a lot smaller here, they're still scary to look at. They still have eight legs and eyes and no - I'm still scared of them ... I'm worse now, I'm genuinely worse now. I don't like creepy crawlies."
