Myleene Klass has praised 'I'm A Celebrity' for giving her "family and a career".
The 45-year-old TV star - who first appeared on 'I'm A Celebrity' back in 2006 - has just been crowned winner of the all-stars series 'I'm A Celebrity... South Africa!' and revealed she returned to the show because she was so grateful for everything it gave her.
She told The Sun newspaper: "The jungle back in Australia gave me my family, gave me my work, gave me my career.
“I wanted to go to the bush as I wanted to say thank you for what the jungle has given me.”
However, Myleene admitted she felt some extra pressure on her return to the jungle.
She said: "The first time round, I wasn’t a mum so there was no jeopardy if I ran around the jungle for a few weeks in a white bikini. I had a ball the first time.
“They say don’t go back to an ex and don’t go back to a reheated dinner."
And Myleene missed her kids terribly while competing on the show.
She said: "You’re so far from home, I missed my children so much. But they made me a necklace and every trial I just held on to it.”
Runner-up Jordan Banjo, 30, praised his co-star, saying: "Myleene is one tough cookie; she smashed everything that came her way.”
