Myleene Klass says 'Dancing on Ice' was "brutal" and has likened the show to 'The Hunger Games'.
The 42-year-old star - who was the first contestant to be eliminated from this year's series - has predicted the winner of the ITV competition will be the "last person standing" after five celebrities had to leave the programme early due to injury or testing positive for coronavirus.
Comparing the show to the 2008 dystopian novel - in which characters compete in a televised battle royale to the death - Myleene said: "It was pretty brutal.
"I thought I was signing up to learn to dance on ice, but it was like 'The Hunger Games'."
Quizzed on who she thinks will win this year's series, she said: "The person I tip to win will be the last person standing."
The singer is still undergoing physio on her knee following her exit.
She said: "I hurt my knee and because it kept locking, ended up breaking my toe.
"Now I'm wearing a knee support and having physio."
However, Myleene admitted she was pleased to have learnt a new skill amid the coronavirus pandemic lockdown.
She added to HELLO! magazine: "I learnt a new skill in lockdown and when the ice rinks open, I'm looking forward to skating with my girls instead of watching from the side."
Myleene ate a burrito in the bath as she followed doctor's orders to "rest her bones" after she was eliminated from the show.
She wrote on Instagram at the time: "Resting my bones on Doctors orders...with a Burrito in the Bath!!! (sic)"
Jason Donovan became the latest star to quit 'Dancing on Ice' early on Monday (22.02.21), due to a continuing back injury.
ITV said in a statement: "Jason Donovan has brought us so much joy with his performances on 'Dancing On Ice' - from Priscilla through to the tango. Our thanks go to Jason and Alex for being so wonderful and committed to the series. We’re sorry to see them leave and we wish Jason a speedy recovery."
Previously, Denise Van Outen and Billie Shepherd quit due to injury, and Rufus Hound and Joe-Warren Plant left after testing positive for coronavirus.
