Josie Gibson loves “wolf-whistling”.
The 38-year-old TV presenter explained that she “hated” the clampdown on men giving women attention on the street amid the proposal to make street harassment illegal in the UK via the Harassment in Public Act because she no longer gets any attention from the opposite sex.
Speaking on tonight’s ‘Shopping With Keith Lemon’ on ITV2, she said: “I hated it when they started banning wolf-whistling. I used to love getting wolf whistled.
“I never get ever chatted up.”
The 'This Morning' host - who shot to fame after winning 'Big Brother' in 2011 - recently admitted that she is “struggling” with the prospect of her four-year-old son Reggie - who she has with her ex partner Terry - heading off to school for the first time.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I'll be honest with you, it's not my favourite thing in the world. Because someone's taking them off your hands – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. And I'm used to having my Mondays with Reg – we spend Mondays together, we spend Fridays together so, to be fair, I struggled with that a little bit.
"He woke up the other day and he said, 'Can we go to Mexico today Mummy?',"
"And we've got a little globe we use and he puts a sticker on all the places he's been."
"I love taking him to a brand new destination because he goes to school this year – so he goes to school in September. A lot of people think, 'How would you get him off school' but a lot of people don't realise he's not actually at school yet. I get a lot of Instagram messages going, 'You keep your son off at school quite a lot' and it's not that, he's not started school yet. So I wanted to take him to as many holiday destinations as I could before he started school because when it's school time is different isn't it? So I've taken him everywhere."
