'This Morning' have got a new puppy.
The brunch-time show's hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were left heartbroken in July when they were forced to bid farewell to their resident guide dog Clover so she can continue her training as an assistant for the disabled.
But bosses of the programme have decided to replace the beloved pup with a white Labradoodle - a Labrador and Poodle mix - called Luna and introduced the 10-week-old fluff ball to the viewers in Monday's (05.09.16) show.
Phillip brought little Luna - who is clover's half-sister - out from her backstage pen as Holly squealed and ran towards her.
She screeched: "This is so exciting - I can just see fluff."
Luna wriggled around in the silver fox's arms as she nibbled his ear before she threw her chunky paw behind his head.
Holly told her co-host as she grinned at the puppy: "She loves you! Can she love me too? She's just eyes and fluff!"
The presenters - who have just returned from their summer holiday - asked viewers if they could come up with a name for their new four-legged friend and, after a few suggestions, finally revealed their chosen name.
Phillip said: "Our puppy is called Luna, that's because she's the same colour as the moon..."
Holly added: "I love the name Luna, it's a good girl's name and it's the moon. She likes your ears (Philip)."
Little Luna - who is hypoallergenic - will eventually be trained as a guide dog for those with a disability and allergies.
