Molly-Mae Hague broke down in tears after she found out a mole on her leg was cancerous.
The 21-year-old reality TV star recently went under the knife to have the coloured spot removed from her leg, and she has now discovered it was in fact malignant, which left her emotional.
Speaking on her latest YouTube video, entitled 'I FOUND OUT MY MOLE WAS CANCEROUS', she said: "I’ve already shed tears about it. I’ve already cried down the phone to every single family member.
"I was walking around with skin cancer on my leg."
Molly's mole has now been sent to America for further examination, and the former 'Love Island' star has cancelled her next two weeks of work.
She admitted it was "shocking" and "scary" to discover the mole was malignant.
Molly explained: "I had the mole removed, the removal was fine. I got the call today, and he’s told me it is a malignant melanoma.
"That's skin cancer basically, which is obviously petrifying, and shocking, and scary. I don’t even know what to really think or say."
Molly claimed two dermatologists told her the coloured spot was "fine", but a third doctor then told her it would "need to come off".
Last month, the star admitted Halloween had been ruined for her because she needed an operation on her leg.
When asked what her costume theme will be this year, she replied: "Halloween is ruined for me this year because of my operation.
"Literally the first thing I said when I found out the date. Don't wanna talk about it tbh I wait for Halloween all year so I'm very upset. (sic)"
