Molly-Mae Hague feels "so relieved" after she had a mole removed over fears it could become cancerous.
The former 'Love Island' star went under the knife to have the coloured spot taken off her calf, and she is hoping her experience will raise awareness of the "importance" of getting moles checked out.
She wrote on Instagram: "So this is what I've been up to today...
"Some of you might remember me talking about the mole that was here a few weeks ago on my story.
"Not going to go into too much detail until I have my results back next week but this just goes to show how important getting different doctors opinions is.
"So relived to have it gone. I'll keep you all updated. I just need to share this because I can't stress the importance of this situation enough. (sic)"
But there was a treat for the 21-year-old star when she went outside, as she saw her boyfriend Tommy Fury waiting for her with a bunch of flowers.
She wrote: "Waited for me outside with some flowers [heart emoji]"
Molly-Mae recently urged her fans to get their moles checked out after she discovered the unusual-looking spot on her calf.
She said: "Get your moles checked out people!!! It is so unbelievably important. I've had this checked three times now by different consultants to be sure.
"This just appeared out of nowhere for me and my mum actually noticed it when I was on Love Island through watching me on TV... (sic)"
