The 21-year-old reality star feels "sick" when she sees an old picture of herself with lip filler after she had the substance dissolved back in October.
Posting a screenshot of some Google image search results to her Instagram Stories, she wrote: "I don't like to even look at these pics, makes me sick that I did that to myself. We live and we learn!"
Molly-Mae took to social media to reveal she had the procedure to remove the filler after she wanted a more natural pout.
On her Instagram Story, Molly-Mae covered her mouth with her hand as she told her followers: "So, guys, someone may have had their full lip fillers dissolved today. That someone may have been me.
"I don't know how to feel about it. But I have vlogged the whole thing, so you're going to see very soon."
Meanwhile, the former 'Love Island' star and her boyfriend, Tommy Fury, are "still together and getting stronger" after meeting on the ITV2 dating show.
He said: "Everybody doubted us and said we were fake. The whole time we laughed and said: 'We’ll show them,' and we did because we’re still together and getting stronger. "We don’t need an announcement saying that we are the winners. We found love."
Tommy, 21, thinks he's found the "perfect match" in Molly, and believes the 'Love Island' experience has actually helped their romance.
He added: "We have similar interests and we don’t get on each other’s nerves. As soon as we met each other, we were sharing a bed and being around each other every day. "If you were going to get on anyone’s nerves, you would have found out in there. Coming out in the real world, with her doing her thing and me doing mine, it was just a perfect match."
