Star of Heroes and forthcoming new show The Whispers, Milo Ventimiglia is now on-board with Gotham and is to guest star in a major, multi-episode recurring arc before season one of the series is over.

Appearing first in episode 19, Ventimiglia will play the villain Jason Lennon, also known as the Ogre.
Despite sharing a name with a character from the DC Comics, this Ogre is to be a newly created villain altogether.
Wealthy, seductive and handsome, the Ogre is a dangerous serial killer who has used the past decade to pray on the women of Gotham, luring them into his web and putting them through a series of "tests", all in a bid to find his perfect mate.
Those who don't meet his impossible standard will be disposed of quickly, viciously and in a way nobody wants to go.
Through his obsessions, Jim Gordon may find a weakness and as his determination to bring Ogre down comes to a head, both he and Lennon head toward tragedy.
