Milly Zero is still in awe of June Brown.
The 'EastEnders' actress - who joined the BBC soap in 2019 as Dot Cotton's granddaughter Dotty - has reflected on the first moment she met the Albert Square legend.
She told Inside Soap magazine: "I still can't believe that I got to work with the actual Dot Cotton. There are so many memorable moments with June, and all of them were so surreal.
"The first time I saw her, she was sitting down eating apple pie and smoking at the same time [laughs] - just like Dot."
The 22-year-old star hailed her former cast mate as a "true legend", and she holds the experience close to her heart.
She added: "June's everything you want her to be - and she's absolutely hilarious. A true legend. To get to work and spend time with June - who I've watched on television since I was a kid - was just amazing."
Meanwhile, Milly revealed she'd love to share the screen more with Suki Panesar actress Balvinder Sopal in the future.
She said: "I'd love to see Dotty have more screen time with Suki Panesar. I can see the two of them working together - and Dotty is a business girl after all.
"Suki's like an older version of Dotty in many ways. Plus, Suki and her daughter, Ash, don't see eye to eye.
"Dotty could be like the daughter that Suki never had. Either that or Dotty could have something to do with the Mitchells and all the dodgy business they get up to."
Milly previously revealed she once met her on-screen dad John Altman - who played the late 'Nasty; Nick Cotton on and off from 1985 to 2015 - in a dream.
She said: "I had a dream where it was the actor John Altman, and we met in real life. We were in a crowd.
"I got a picture with him, but the picture was really blurry, so I went back and said, 'Can we get another one? Because that one was rubbish!' And I said, 'Hi, it's such an honour to play Dotty.'"
