Michelle McManus is pregnant with her second child.
The 41-year-old singer - who shot to fame by winning 'Pop Idol' in 2002 - has 21-month-old son Harry with husband Jeff Nimmo, and she took to Instagram to share the news that they are expecting again.
Alongside a family photo, she wrote: "Harry playing peekaboo with Mummy, Daddy and bump (sic).
She captioned the picture: "Baby Nimmo no2 due early 2022 #overthemoon #family #love #pregnant #3become4. (sic)"
The 'All This Time' singer has been married to Jeff for just over four years, the pair having tied the knot in September 2017.
In December 2019, Michelle took to Instagram to announce her first pregnancy, in what was a similar vein to how she revealed her latest pregnancy.
She wrote: "On the 10th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me. Our very own little baby Baby Nimmo due early 2020 (sic)"
The star then took to the social media platform once again to announce the birth, writing: "Last month we welcomed our beautiful son Harry John Nimmo into the world. Never could I have imagined this feeling of utter joy and overwhelming love for my little boy. My heart is literally bursting with happiness. We love you so much Harry. (sic)"
At the time, Michelle went on to praise the NHS for their maternity care.
She wrote: "Myself and Jeff will never be able to thank the staff at the Princess Royal Maternity Hospital in Glasgow for the care and attention they've given us over the last 9 months to ensure our darling son was delivered safely into the world. As a type 1 diabetic my pregnancy was to be a little more challenging but thanks to the constant support from the phenomenal Diabetic and Obstetrics teams at the Princes Royal I sailed through it with no complications, something I could never have done on my own.
