Michelle Keegan has turned down 'Strictly Come Dancing' numerous times.
The 34-year-old actress revealed she has been approached by BBC bosses about competing on the dance show a few times but she has declined because she finds the idea of it daunting.
Speaking on 'The Jonathan Ross Show', she explained: "I have a few times [been asked]. But for me, it's the live audience. It's a skill, it takes a lot of dedication and skill."
Michelle's husband Mark Wright competed on the 2014 series and she admitted her "heart was in [her] mouth" while watching him dance.
She said: "He did it like five years ago. It's the music before it happens and the audience is really quiet and the lights come on. My heart was in my mouth for him.
"I couldn't be on the dance floor. [I'd be] too scared, too nervous."
Mark returned to the show in 2019 for the 'Strictly' Christmas special and he revealed he put in a special request prior to signing up for the festive competition.
He previously explained: "You're not supposed to change, and you don't want to look like you're trying to request anything. But I was really kind of like 'I'm coming back for once and once only, just let me do a fast dance.'
""I didn't choose what dance [specifically] but they gave me a faster dance."
