Michelle Collins got mistaken for 'Baywatch' babe Pamela Anderson on a date.
The 52-year-old actress - who is best known for playing Stella Price in 'Coronation Street' and Cindy Beale in 'EastEnders' - says a romantic evening went wrong when her beau thought she was busty blonde Pamela and asked if she still had the iconic red swimsuit worn on the US show.
Michelle explained: "I went for dinner with someone and they said to me, 'Can I just ask one question? Have you still got your swimming costume from Baywatch?' And I was like 'What?' And he said, 'Well, you were in Baywatch weren't you?' And I went, 'No.' "
The mystery man had searched for Michelle on Google and obviously got himself confused.
She added: "He said, 'Well, I Googled you and you were.'

Meanwhile, the soap legend has also confessed she was something of a teen tearaway in her younger days.
She told Gay Times magazine: "I was very much a punk, and a non-conformist, and always did things to try and ... well, get attention. I think teenagers didn't really have a voice like they do now."
