Mel B wants Simon Cowell to compete on 'Lip Sync Battle UK'.
The former Spice Girls singer, 40 - who is hosting the forthcoming show - has already snapped up Alesha Dixon and David Walliams for the first ever episode of the musical comedy tonight (08.01.16) and is now desperate to persuade their tough-talking 'Britain's Got Talent' co-star, 56, to join the series.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, she said: "I'll definitely ask Simon [to take part in the show]. It's not like you get judged - we're much more of a fun, cooler environment [than 'Britain's Got Talent']."
And Mel's co-host Professor Green - real name Stephen Manderson - also wants to drag his reality TV star wife Millie Mackintosh on the show.
He explained: "Millie would like to do it, secretly. The microphones aren't turned on and she's very conscious of her voice, so the fact the microphones are off might sway her to appear."
However, despite being a rapper himself, the 32-year-old star is adamant he won't be taking to the stage this series.
He added with a laugh: "If I had to dance I would embarrass myself. I only have to nod my head because that's all rappers have to do. If I was made to do it, I would do Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit.' "
'Lip Sync Battle UK' - the British version of the popular US spin-off - will see a selection of stars go head-to-head as they mime a series of smash hits from various decades.
The show kicks off tonight at 10pm on Channel 5.
